In an effort to cultivate a more inclusive environment, a tech company embarked on a journey to enhance its employees’ knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion, initiating the process through several workshops.
Contribution
After carefully evaluating the specific requirements of the company, a thorough exploration was undertaken to identify and select the most fitting diversity, equity and inclusion workshops that addressed its utmost needs: Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Language, Practical Allyship and Parents & Carers’ Support
Achievements
1. Delivery of the workshops Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Language, Practical Allyship and Parents & Carers’ Support to over 200 employees
2. Expansion of the employee resource groups available to its workforce
3. Commitment to sustaining the diversity, equity and inclusion endeavours by initiating an in-depth survey as the initial step towards further progress
